Hi there Family, Friends & Followers,
Stampin Up Convention 2015 is now in the history books but it was a great time!!! I've learned so many really cool techniques and got to meet some awesome new friends and loads of Stampin Up demonstrators. It was a very busy 3 days starting with a team meeting so that we could all get to say hi and share "a swap" (a hand created card or 3D item) with each other.
I am proud member of Connie Stewart's Stampin Up team so I'm sharing a couple of pictures of the team members who made it to Salt Lake City for the convention. Four of us have been friends for a while but Marge and Emily are 2 new friends who are super sweet & very creative. Marge lives in California and Emily lives in Oklahoma so now I have friends there too.
One of the highlights of the convention was Awards night and Connie Stewart won in several categories some of that is due to her team members
Before we all went our separate ways there was time for one more team picture.
Now before I go I want to share with you what I made as my team swap. It's a 3D curvy box flower pot. I made it using the curvy box die, cardstock, ribbon, ink the flower patch Stampin Up stamp set and a jumbo paper clip. I think it turned out very nice and it was filled with chocolate & caramel candy.
I even made one to enter into the design contest at the convention and I hope to hear some time in August that I was chosen as a winner of a $200 shopping spree at Stampin Up!!!
Right now Stampin Up is having a 50% of their Paper Pumpkin monthly kits for first time subscribers so if you are looking for a fun way to spend 30 minutes once a month check it out. You can find all the details at my online Stampin Up store at www.skybowcreations.stampinup.net.
Well as I have several thank you cards & notes to get done so I think that's it for today. I hope you have enjoyed your time in my little corner of the web. Take care and Stamp on....

Been awhile....
Hi there blogger family & followers; so sorry I haven't posted in a long while but I've been busy camping and getting things made for a Stampin Up workshop & the Stampin Up Convention... so excited. It's time for the last Annual Stampin Up convention for North America as they have decided to change the conventions to Global events. This means that instead of 3-4 days long for most of the demonstrators it'll be just one day every 6 months with only once every 18 months occuring in North America. So this is it and I hear it's going to be great!!!! Did I mention that I am so super excited to be able to attend??? I need to send my darling sweet husband a major thank you for funding this trip as I have not been a SU demonstrator long enough to build up enough customers to be making enough money to be able to afford to go without his generous support.
Before I go I have a few cards I wish to share with you all before I go so here you go....
