Hi All
Today I'm sharing 3 Valentine cards that a class at a local RV resort where I teach card making once a month will be making soon. I offered Valentine cards in January at the RV resort and they liked them so much that the activities director asked if I'd do another round so that a few new gals could also get a chance to make some valentine cards for their loved ones. I love to teach card making to this group of gals. They have chosen to live "tiny" for at least the winter months. So making cards means that once they are mailed they have nothing to store away which makes them very happy. Most of these gals  are known as "Snowbirds" in Arizona. They usually arrive to the RV resort around the time the first snow lands in their home town and they leave usually as the snow leaves their home town. Anywhooo... on to the cards...
Aren't they all so sweet??? For the blue and pink cupcake card I used the Hello Cupcake Sale-A-Bration stamp set & Dot to Dot embossing folder from the 2019 Occasions catalog. For the top pink card I used polka dot tulle ribbon, the new Lace Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing folder and the new Occasions Meant to Be stamp set. For the white card on the right I also used the new Occasions Meant to Be stamp set. As you can see there are many different looks to be found in that stamp set & it is very versatile set. Below you will find all the supplies I used to make all 3 cards if you want to get the products just click on the picture and the link will take you right to my online webstore at Stampin' Up! and you too can create one of a kind cards for your loved ones just like the gals at the RV resort. If you want it all just click the Join now button on the right and you can join my team and get $125 worth of product for $99 plus tax (shipping is FREE) and you never I mean never have to sell anything to anybody. If you have questions I'd love the chance to earn your business or have you join my team so leave me a comment and I'll get right back to you.

Well that's it for today.  Thanks for stopping by until next time Happy Stampin'!!!

Decorated Pizza Box...

Hi All
Today is a just a quick post as I just wanted to share with you a mini decorated Pizza Box.  I gave it to all the ladies that came to my 3-D  interchangeable "O" in HOME class. It's just the right size to store all the "O" pieces they made (I'll have those pictures soon).  It's super easy but all the ladies just loved it for keeping their mini masterpieces safe.

I'll just take a minute to mention you can find all the supplies needed to make one of these yourself in my catalog except for the paper that's a Sale-A-Bration offering and you can only get that paper with a $50 before tax and shipping order...want to know more????  Just leave me a comment and I will get back to you. You can see the catalogs online by just clicking the button of the catalog on the right side of this blog. I'd love to be your demonstrator so please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks for stopping by today. Until next time Happy Stampin'!

2019 Sale-A-Bration has begun

Hi All,
I hope you all had a safe New Year's celebration and are ready to embrace 2019 and all that it has to offer.  It was loud in our neighborhood until about 1 o'clock in the morning but then it was quite and no more fireworks have been heard this week which is great because the noise from them terrifies my little Petra.
Anyway on to the crafty stuff. As promised I'm back with a Sale-A-Bration and 2019 Stampin' Up! Occasions catalog update. The catalog went live this morning so I thought you'd enjoy some samples using some of my favorite stamp sets, dies & designer papers from the new Occasions catalog & Sale-A-Bration brochure. I'm going to be sharing these cards at 2 classes I'm teaching this month in my neighborhood.

If you would like to get a copy of the new Stampin' UP! 2019 Occasions catalog & Sale-A-Bration brochures into you hands leave me a comment, I'd love to be your demonstrator so I will get them out in the mail to you right away. You can see an online version of the catalog and brochure by clicking on the picture of them at the top right of this blog.  You can also find the new products at my online 24/7 webstore at or by clicking on the Shop Now button on the right.

Well that's it for now. Thanks for stopping by. Until next time Happy Stampin'!

End of a very long year.....

Hi All,
Today I have a different post for you all.....As you may have noticed I've been absent from my blog since the beginning of 2018 well it's because of my back it was getting so bad that I just couldn't do very much. I finally found a orthopedic surgeon who fixed broken prior fusion surgeries and was told that to fix all the issues that my back had I would  need to have a T-10 to pelvis spinal fusion surgery. That surgery was done the end of April and then I spent 2 very long weeks in rehab, for the first 5 days my body was trying to reject the rods and screws so  I felt awful and just wanted to die. After that it was all about building my strength and getting off those necessary but nasty pain medications.  I had 3 months when I was in a collar bone to pelvis hard shell brace which made doing much almost impossible. This was to be followed by 3 more months of being very very careful. In October my surgeon released me to do "whatever" I thought I wanted to do....well for me this included a 6 day trip to Orlando to attend the 30th Stampin' UP! Onstage Celebration. On the day of my departure for Orlando I felt a "pop" when I lifted my 30+ pound suitcase meaning that I had done some damage to my fusion. Pretty silly really considering there are 2 titanium rods and about 12 pairs of screws anchoring each the rods in place. Never the less as I was in a lot of pain I went for special x-rays as soon as soon as I returned home only to be told it was not the rods or anchor screws but that I'd a pulled a large muscle on my right side which is still hurting and healing. The doctor's assistant also informed me that taking a trip like I did so soon after a fusion like mine was really aggressive. I wish the doctor had told me "no" prior to the trip instead of "you can do whatever you want now"....I would not have gone...oh well live and learn. I'll be seeing him in a few weeks and I will be telling him he needs to tell some of his aggressive people "no" when we ask about travel within 12 month of the surgery so that others don't do what I did....Anyway the rest of the year I've been working on my classes and all the preparations needed to teach those 3 classes every month so that was all I could handle but as the closer the year comes to an end the stronger I get so I'm going to try to get a new post up on this blog two times each week.  Thank you to all my followers for your patience and prayers for my recovery.

I wish you all a very Happy and Healthy 2019.  I'll be back soon with the 2019 Occasions catalog and Sale-A-Bration brochure that starts on January 3rd. So come back soon for that. Until then Happy Stampin'!!!

Sale-A-Bration has begun.......

Hi All
Wow I can't believe that the Holidays have come and gone without even one blog post....sigh. So Happy New Year right.  I could blame my lack of blog posts on tons of stuff but honestly I just plain hurt. I was trying to figure out what I could do to help make my the chronic pain I live with daily better.  So I visited 2 different surgeons who have both said that I have Degenerative Scoliosis with Arthritis oh boy & yippee!!!! They both agree I need surgery but the last one I saw on the Wednesday before Christmas let me know that I should probably think seriously about having a 3rd back surgery that would fuse my back from T-10 to pelvis if I want to help the chronic pain issue and to stabilize my spine. Of course as with all the other doctors I've seen this past year he wanted more x-rays, another MRI, a bone density test plus another injection into my spine all before he'll see me again to discuss this extensive surgery & my recovery.

In the mean time and because you are here to see cards & Stampin' Up products not hear about my back surgery, I've been trying to get a few things made from the new 2018 Occasions catalog and also Sale-A-Bration so here are a couple of ideas. In the next few days I hope to have a few more for you.  The first is my favorite suite from the Occasions catalog called Painted with Love and there are several products that go with this suite but my favorite is the paper it has gold foil embellishments in it on one side and a retro Melon Mambo and Calypso Coral with touches of Powder Pink and Rich Razzleberry on the other. I fell in love with this suite as soon as I saw it as it brings back memories from my childhood when my mom decorated my room in hot pink and orange. It was a groovy room for sure.

This next one was one of my first picks from the Sale-A-Bration catalog its called Heartfelt Blooms and Stampin' Up has a patent pending on this type of stamp it's called "Disinktive." When using this stamp it lays down the ink at different opacities giving the finished image more depth & giving you a photographic finish. This card was done using Berry Burst and Basic Black inks. For the sentiment I used the Vertical Greetings stamp set from the annual catalog. Because the Heartfelt Bloom stamp gives such a detailed image I chose not to add any embellishments to this simple thank you card.

Well that's it for today. Thanks for stopping by my little corner of the web. Take care and until next time Happy Stamping!!!

The Stampin' Up Stamparatus is here!!!!!!!!

Hi All
It's been awhile since my last blog post but I hope you will find the wait worth it. I have just returned from Stampin' Up's Onstage (convention) event and can I just say I had my mind blown....For years I've been asking Stampin' Up to consider letting us sell a stamp positioning tool like the MISTI and they have said that they were working on a tool that they thought would be worthy of the Stampin' Up name. Well last weekend they hit out of the park with the Stamparatus. The GIF to the left shows it in action. It's a stamp positioning tool that has 4 stamping surfaces and because of it's unique hinge design it allows you to move the stamp down the paper. It comes with 2 bar style magnets so you don't have to buy those extra and it is open on two sides so you can use any size paper. The cost is $49. Starting November 16th 2017 at 2pm MT you can reserve your very own Stamparatus. They will ship around February 1st 2018. Stampin' UP is doing it this way so that they can notify the manufacturer how many they need in this 1st release there will be 2 more reservation times in the upcoming months so if you don't get yours this time around there will be other times to get it.  I got a chance to see this tool in action and it is AMAZING!!!! Here is another picture showing all the pieces and then tomorrow there will be a video with some other  information you need to know.

To Reserve one of these tools you'll need an account with Stampin' Up in my webstore at You can create that account at any time but remember you can't reserve the tool until November 16th at 2pm MT. I will have a gift for everyone who orders one of these new tools. I'd love to earn your business so if you have any questions or just want a catalog please leave me a comment and I'll get right back to you.

Well that's it for today. Thanks for stopping by my little corner of the web. Take care and until next time Happy Stampin'!
