The Stampin' Up Stamparatus is here!!!!!!!!
Hi All
It's been awhile since my last blog post but I hope you will find the wait worth it. I have just returned from Stampin' Up's Onstage (convention) event and can I just say I had my mind blown....For years I've been asking Stampin' Up to consider letting us sell a stamp positioning tool like the MISTI and they have said that they were working on a tool that they thought would be worthy of the Stampin' Up name. Well last weekend they hit out of the park with the Stamparatus. The GIF to the left shows it in action. It's a stamp positioning tool that has 4 stamping surfaces and because of it's unique hinge design it allows you to move the stamp down the paper. It comes with 2 bar style magnets so you don't have to buy those extra and it is open on two sides so you can use any size paper. The cost is $49. Starting November 16th 2017 at 2pm MT you can reserve your very own Stamparatus. They will ship around February 1st 2018. Stampin' UP is doing it this way so that they can notify the manufacturer how many they need in this 1st release there will be 2 more reservation times in the upcoming months so if you don't get yours this time around there will be other times to get it. I got a chance to see this tool in action and it is AMAZING!!!! Here is another picture showing all the pieces and then tomorrow there will be a video with some other information you need to know.
To Reserve one of these tools you'll need an account with Stampin' Up in my webstore at www.skybowcreations.stampinup.net. You can create that account at any time but remember you can't reserve the tool until November 16th at 2pm MT. I will have a gift for everyone who orders one of these new tools. I'd love to earn your business so if you have any questions or just want a catalog please leave me a comment and I'll get right back to you.
Well that's it for today. Thanks for stopping by my little corner of the web. Take care and until next time Happy Stampin'!

Birthday Delivery Double Slider.....
Hi All,
Today I'm sharing a card I designed using an old technique but with the new Stampin' Up Birthday Memories Suite. The technique is a double slider card which means when you pull the ribbon at the top of the card a panel pops out of the bottom. The stamp set I used from the Suite is called Birthday Delivery. You can find it in the new annual catalog on page 69. I love this Suite not just for the stamp set and new designer series paper but because there is a set of coordinating framelit dies that even work with some of the art work on the designer series paper so that you don't have to fuzzy cut the items like I've had to do in the past with some of the holiday designer series paper. This Suite not only has designer series paper, stamp set & framelits that all coordinate but it has coordinating ribbon which I did not use on this card as it is for a dear friend who loves dusty pink so Stampin' Up's sweet sugarplum cardstock is great for her and this ribbon is retired but she loves bling so I could not resist using it on this card for her. This is a great example of how the dies coordinate with the stamps. I stamped the little girl & bouquet of flowers in Basic Gray archival ink onto whisper white cardstock. Then I used my Stampin' Write Markers to color in the images. I used the framelits to cut out the images. I used the largest stitched oval framelits to create the oval that I placed the image on. I then stamped the sentiment onto whisper white cardstock and then using the new Pretty Label punch I punched out the sentiment. I attached the little girl and the flowers to the oval using dimensionsals to give the front of the card loads of dimension. The picture below is what the card looks like when you pull the the ribbon from the top.
I know this picture maybe hard to see the details but it is not easy to photograph once it's open. I'll be putting my message on the bottom insert before I send it to my friend. I'll list all the current supplies below along with a different ribbon choice that is available in the current catalog. If you decide that you want to make one of these cards of your own I have a FREE gift a written PDF tutorial with instructions and supply list . To get this free gift you just need to place an order with me using my July Host code of 7AGBWST3 at my online webstore by July 31st 2017. You can get to my online webstore by clicking on one of the pictures, clicking the shop now icon on the right side of this blog or my going to www.skybowcreations.stampinup.net. My store is always open and everything you order will be delivered right to your door. I'd love to earn your business so please let me know if you want a catalog or have any questions.

Stampin' UP! Onstage entries
Hi All
Today's posts is a bit different as it is a post to showcase my projects for entry into the Upcoming Stampin' UP! November OnStage Event in Salt Lake City. I am applying to be an OnStage Display Board Stamper. If chosen I would be making display items for the upcoming event in November. So above you will see all the items I have chosen to enter. You have to enter 1 scrapbook page, 3 card fronts and 2 3-D items. So while I've pictured them grouped here, I also want the people who will be choosing to see the entries a little bit better so I've chosen to add separate pictures in this blog post. All the supplies used are Stampin' UP! products. I'd love to earn your business so if you would like a catalog please leave me a comment & I will get one to you quickly.
So here is a close up look at the items I've chosen for entry.

Jars of Love & the 4th of July.....
Hi All,
Today as the celebrations for the 4th of July are being advertized almost hourly here in Arizona I thought I'd share with you all the card I designed for my June 30th Beginner's Card Class. (If you are in the Buckeye AZ area please comment below and I will be happy to send you further information about this class) I got my inspiration from Nancy on Pintrest but I changed it a bit to make it my own, I love how this card turned out. As a daughter of a retired serviceman, the wife of a honorably discharged serviceman and the mom of a currently serving serviceman you can tell that I am extermely proud to be an American * very proud that my family decided to serve their country. I decided that as this Beginner's class was so close to the 4th of July it would be fun to do something patriotic. I chose Whisper White along with Real Red & Pacific Point for this card. Notice the sentiment is a simple one so that the card can be sent to someone celebrating a birthday in July or it could just be sent to someone serving in the service with a short thank you tucked inside, at least that is what I'll be doing with my card. You can see the items I used listed below if you want to make your own card so all you have to do is click on the picture and it will take you right to my 24/7 online webstore. I'd love to earn your business so if you want a catalog or have questions please leave me a comment and I'll get right back to you.
